IN HOUSE CONTROL VALVE REPAIR.

If your CVS Control valve is experiencing issues with packing leakage, control or shutoff do not hesitate to call us. We have parts on the shelf and the certified manpower to do the job right.  

 When a valve is received for repair it goes through a rigorous pre-inspection and function evaluation before it ever gets to its restoration process to document functionality and integrity.  

Once the restoration process has begun all materials are cleaned of all old paint and debris and brought back to bare raw materials. Then all required components are machined back to within OEM spec or replaced.

After all components are cleaned, machined and rebuilt they then pass through our testing stage where they will endure a 1.5 x ANSI shell pressure test for ten minutes and then a seat/shutoff test to be performed & cycled 3 times for good measure and repeat-ability.
